We took seven of our Southeast Queensland builders to China for a week, to show them how our Solar Home Power System (HPS) will improve the Australian property market.
This year our goal is to reduce energy costs across our community, by installing +1,500 Home Power Systems. But to do this, we need to form a team. So we reached out to our top partners and gave them an offer they couldn’t refuse: Come to China for a week, tour the SolaX and Astronergy factories, and discover the benefits of our Solar Home Power System.
Why we’re passionate about reducing energy costs across our community
Clients typically come to Meridien EnergyTM, The Australian market’s soaring energy costs are a major problem. With a +27.16% increase, household power bills have risen well above inflation.
The impact of these price rises is affecting the cost of living for our community every day. Rising costs of daily living expenses, fuel spikes and growing power bills are eating into household budgets at an outrageous rate. It’s not just affecting our community, but our neighbours, friends and family. So rather than sitting around waiting for things to get “better”, we prefer to take a proactive approach.
When faced to cut back or fight back, we FIGHT BACK with Solar!

PV Partnership Program outcome from our China trip
Our goal from the outset has always been to reduce energy costs across our community. To do this, it takes a team effort. A commitment to making big decisions, and taking actions that go beyond the industry “standard”. So we’ve formed the Meridien PV Partnership Program.
Building high quality homes no longer starts and ends with stone countertops and glittering lighting fixtures. The sign of a truly high-quality build is now measured in how it provides for the people living in it. What air-conditioning was to the 2000s, Solar is now to the 2020s. AC is now a basic expectation in homes, and this same expectation is growing for energy efficient homes.
The Solar Home PowerSystem is our solution to this energy-shaped hole in the market.
By teaming with like-minded Southeast Queensland businesses in our Meridien Energy Partnership Program, we will be fighting back on our clients energy costs. Together we will be the leaders in energy management.
When faced to cut back or fight back, FIGHT BACK with Solar!
